1 | IBCB(Institution Building & Capacity Building) | - Village entry had been done in all the 30 villages under Lunglei RD Block.
- There are 25Village Organisations (VO) and 289 SHGs comprising 2002 members.
- Funds allocated to SHGs and VOs
- Startup cost – Rs.1,475,000/-
- Revolving Fund –Rs. 2,125,000/-
- Community Investment Fund –Rs. 33,010,000/-
- There are 30 Community Facilitators(CF) in each village and all are engaged and trained under MzSRLM.

2 | Financial Inclusion | - Enrollment under insurance schemes:
-PMJJBY(Life Insurance) – 420 SHG members -PMSBY(Accidental Insurance) – 351 SHG members. -Health Insurance - 145 SHG members. -APY/PMSYMY (Pension) – 42 SHG members. - 12 Financial Inclusion Cadres and 2 Bank Facilitators are engaged and trained under MzSRLM, Lunglei RD Block.
- 3 Bank Correspondent Sakhi point has been set up.
- 249 SHG bank accounts and 25 VO bank accounts opened and operated by each group and VOs.
- 9 SHGs bank credit linkage done.
- Financial literacy campaign has been done in 15 villages.

3 | Livelihoods (Farm) | - Livelihood Intervention done in allthe 30 villages.
- 11 Agriculture/Livestock Community Resource Persons and 3 Livestock Community Resource Persons are engaged and trained under MzSRLM. Other Agri/Livestock-CRPs to be identified from the remaining villages.
- 891 SHG members identified as MahilaKisan.
- 3 Custom Hiring Centers (CHC) established at 3 VOs –Mualthuam North, Dawn and Thualthu. New CHC will be established in Tawipui Southand Ramlaitui.
- In convergence with AH&Vety Department, Vaccination Camp carried out at 5 villages in 2021, 28 villages in 2022 and 2023.

4 | Livelihoods(Non-Farm) | - Pradhan Mantri Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprise (PFME) fund amounting to Rs.17,17,500/- are allocated to 48 SHG members under 4 VOs.
- 27 SHG members received an amount of Rs. 9,60,200/- as seed capital for PFME.
- 7th Regional SARAS Fair 2022 was attended by Sairep VO with organic tea products under the guidance of Livelihoods Coordinator (Non-Farm).
- Received an award of Best Block Coordinator consists of a cash price Rs. 5,000/- with a trophy.
